Adams 31, ‘Mistress’. A good example of this cruiser/racer,
ideal for the social club racing scene. Centre cockpit with aft cabin containing
double berth, 6 berths in total. Sail wardrobe includes recent mainsail, 2
furling genoas, and 2 spinnakers. All lines except halyards come back to
cockpit. Auxiliary power by 15 hp Yanmar with 2 blade prop. Main winches are 2 speed self tailing.
Extensive work undertaken in 2009 including new standing
rigging, running rigging, lifelines, boombag with lazy jacks, certified gas
line, rewiring of the electrical system, and new solar panel.
Instruments comprise VHF, log, depth sounder, taktik wind
instrument, and stereo.
The saloon has a 2 burner gas stove with oven and grill.

(700kg) draft 30ins (.9m).
Main hull is epoxy soaked plywood with coppercoat
anti-fouling and polyurethane topsides.Both floats are
fibreglass.Wahoo is a day racing boat with no
bunks, no w/c,no sink and no galley. Internal space is taken
up by 3 spinnakers, headsail, safety equipment,
anchor and chain. Wahoo is fitted with a 12v bilge Pp and
battery. The mainsail is of Pentex cloth (6months
old Barracouta), genoa is good, selftacker fair, large kite
(18ft skiff) fair,medium and small kite good.Price
includes mooring and 8ft plywood tender.
